Book Review Network Residential Weekend

This residential weekend at Weetwood Hall in Leeds will be an opportunity for members of our Writing Chinese Book Review Network to meet featured authors and translators and discuss their work.
Over the course of the two days there will be informal sessions devoted to discussion of featured books, as well as to different aspects of fiction and translation, and the craft of reviewing.
On the Saturday evening there will be a special screening of the film Meishi Street by Ou Ning, followed by a Q&A with the director. (This event will be held at the Everyman Cinema in Leeds).
