Yue Xin
Yue Xin is a bilingual freelance writer, translator and book reader currently based in the Netherlands with a focus on gender issues and literature in China. She studied comparative literature in UCL and wrote her master's dissertation on "Children's literature - fairy tales" in which she made a cross-cultural and feminist comparison of Andersen's classic texts with the postmodern Chinese writer Cao Wenxuan's novels. She's now in the process of applying for a Ph.D. program.
