Dr Lu Jing

Dr Jing Lu is an associate professor in the School of Foreign Studies at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She received her PhD in Translation Studies from Shanghai International Studies University in 2013 and was an academic visitor at the University of Leeds from 2025 to 2026. Her main research interests include the translation and international dissemination of Chinese children’s literature, with a particular focus on the English translation of A History of Chinese Children’s Literature, a project supported by the Chinese Academic Translation Project of the National Social Science Fund of China. She also conducts research on digitally and AI-enabled economic translation.
