'Chinese Journeys' Launch

We're very excited that our special guest-edited issue of Stand magazine, on the theme of 'Chinese Journeys', is out now! We're honoured to have been asked to edit this issue, and are really pleased with how it's come out! It features several of the writers, translators and publishers we've worked with already on this project, as well as others from around the world, plus our latest translation competition winners.

We’re having a launch event on May 26th in the School of English, with drinks, nibbles, and of course issues of the magazine available to buy. We’re delighted that some of the winners of our translation competitions will be attending, as well as the Stand editorial team.

We hope this will be a fitting end to another year of Writing Chinese events, as well as a chance to look forward to what’s coming next!
